Five things we can’t live without

From the best beauty buys to must-have activewear – each month we bring you the top five items on our wish list…

Scentered therapy balm stress less escape focus sleep well love space nk 2

1. Scentered Therapy Balms

I discovered this brand at last year’s Stylist Live event and tried out all the gorgeous scented balms at the stand. Each of them is designed to help you reset your mood with fragrance. Choose from Be Happy, Stay Focused, Sleep Well or, my personal favourite, Stress Less, which contains chamomile, neroli and mandarin. Rub the balm onto your pulse points, inhale the scent and let the balancing and uplifting balm ease everyday tensions. The balms are £14.50 each and sold in cute baubles, or you can go for the whole selection for £50, available at scentered.me

Zakti Active sports bra

2. Zakti Active Tranquility Bra

Finding the perfect sports bra can be like finding a needle in a hay stack. What feels good in the changing room doesn’t always feel great halfway through a yoga or spin class. But I can whole-heartedly say that this sports bra from Zakti Activewear is THE ONE. Not only does it have awesome criss-cross straps at the back, but it’s super supportive and comfortable. Zakti Active does a great range of sportswear for all activities from yoga to running, there’s a store on Upper Street in Angel or you can buy online at zaktiactive.com

Ban.do yoga mat: after this we're getting pizza

3. Ban.do Yoga Mat

Whenever I feel low, I take a look at Ban.do’s insta feed and it soon brings a smile to my face. From kitsch lilos to slogan stationery, they always bring positivity to the table. The brand embraces our fitness ethic too. Our motto is: “Train Hard, Brunch Harder” so we’re very much on board with getting pizza after our yoga workout. Buy this awesome yoga mat at bando.com

Bhudda's Tears T2 tea

4. T2 Buddhas Tears

If you’re as obsessed with tea as I am, you’ll have already checked out T2. It’s an Aladdin’s cave of exotic smells and taste sensations, with experimental new blends and beautiful tea-making gadgets and gizmos. I literally want to buy the entire shop as soon as I step inside! For Christmas I received this cute tin of Buddha’s Tears, which, to you and I, are hand-rolled balls of jasmine and green tea. Pop 6-8 tears per cup and take a moment to watch the gradually unfurl, releasing a gentle aromatic flavour. Bliss.
Ananas jumper from RAD

5. Ananas jumper by RAD

As a huge fan of both Adidas and pineapples, this is right up my street! Although verging on a copyright infringement, I think we can all appreciate the blatant misappropriation of the infamous Addidas stripes with everyone’s most favourite fruit! This comes in every black, grey and white combo you could ever dream of, I’m still deciding which to get but this one strikes me as the perfect post-yoga cover up, and it’s less than £30! Available at RAD.co

Come back for more must-haves next month!
