Welcome to Brunch n Grind, the brainchild of two food and fitness addicts, bringing you the best experiences in London and beyond, with lots of laughs along the way.

Our blog is for busy Londoners who love a good brunch as much as they like to break a sweat. We are strong believers in balance and we approach our weekends with a ‘Train Hard, Brunch Harder’ attitude.

Our mission is to demystify the somewhat intimidating world of fitness, one class at a time, and empower you to get up and moving, no matter what level you’re at. We don’t have all the answers just yet, but we want to share our experiences as we embark on our own journey to health and happiness. So if you don’t know your triceps from your biceps, or your chakras from your doshas – you’ve come to the right place!

What to expect?

Join Brunch n Grind for regular updates on the latest classes to hit London, from yoga, pilates and barre to spinning, running and weight lifting – we might even break out of our comfort zone and try trampolining and trapeze! And for every sweat-inducing session, there’s a post-workout reward in store. Be it bottomless boozy brunches, beautiful breakfast bowls or home-made healthy treats, we strive to bring you delicious recommendations across the capital.

We’ll also be reviewing yoga retreats and classes as we travel beyond London, plus the best sportswear, apps, playlists and beauty products that we can’t live without.
