Brunch n Grind, aka your favourite food and fitness guide to London, just got shortlisted for a Health Blog Award
Since launching the blog in January it’s been a hectic few months. So, while brunching our way across the capital and trying out the latest fitness classes and studios, we thought we’d have a go at entering Brunch n Grind into the HBC Health Blog Awards.
And guess what? We’ve been shortlisted for the Best New Blog category!
What are the Health Blog Awards?
A collaboration between That Protein and the Health Bloggers Community, the awards are a celebration of the flourishing and ever-growing community of health bloggers from all around the world. From yoga to nutrition, there are 11 categories to enter in total.
Train hard, brunch harder
For those of you who don’t know, Brunch n Grind is the brainchild of two 30-something food and fitness addicts. We’re on a mission to bring you the best experiences in London and beyond with lots of laughs along the way.
Our aim is to demystify the somewhat intimidating world of fitness and to show you that there’s something out there for everyone. Whether it’s boxing, barre, bootcamps or Boom Cycle we want you to join the Brunch n Grind journey and find the fun in fitness.
We don’t have all the answers just yet, but if you want to know your triceps from your biceps and your boozy brunches from your breakfast bowls you’ve come to the right place!
What can you expect to find on the blog?
Our content isn’t about clean eating or getting those gains – it’s about striking a balance while making the most of London’s wellness scene.
